"Checked in with my source regarding Cameron Johnson because of all this talk. I still expect him to end up at UK but was told (as TJ stated) if Knox drags this out UK will wait for him before they take Johnson. Was told Johnson will not wait much longer to make a decision so hopefully Knox wraps up quickly. Was also told to "Expect Johnson to take a trip to UK soon.

"Again, Johnson will be a Cat if UK goes harder after him. If not, he could slip away. Would hate to see that because the kid wants to come to UK but keeping options open so he isn't left out to dry."

"Just got home from screening of the new documentary on Cal... thought it was fantastic and showed the Calipari we've all come to know and love. Highly recommended you folks check it out on Thursday night.

Side note: the entire team was there sans Humphries which I thought was interesting considering the recent talk of him turning pro back in Australia. Not saying I think he's gone, just curious that he was missing."

"(Jemarl) Baker is the 3-4 year type player that a lot on here have been clamouring for. No one should anticipate that he'll be an immediate impact player. He likely won't pay dividends next season, but could be a key contributor in the future if he's willing to stick it out. In order to have those quality juniors and seniors we're wanting, you have to stick it out with them when they're freshmen and sophomores."
