Rivals.com's Corey Evans has the latest on ex-Pitt guard Cam Johnson and his plans for the near future as he works towards a decision.
Adam Zagoria reported that last week that the 6-foot-8 sharpshooting guard from Pitt said his visit to Kentucky went "really well," but as CatsIllustrated.com's T.J. Walker reported, Johnson came out of Lexington planning to visit other schools.
On Tuesday morning Evans tweeted out Johnson's plans as they stand today.
"Arizona will play host to Pitt grad-transfer Cam Johnson on Thursday for an official visit; UCLA & Oregon will likely receive on next week," Evans tweeted.
Whatever school Johnson chooses to transfer to will get a player who will be immediately eligible and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Johnson scored a dozen points per game for Pitt in the 2016-17 season as a sophomore. He shot 42-percent from long range. Along with Mo Bamba and Kevin Knox he's one of Kentucky's top remaining recruiting targets for next year's team.
