Five-star Calipari target Knox maps out official visits

On Thursday night five-star forward Kevin Knox announced that he has scheduled four of his official visits.

Knox is a player who has captured the attention of Kentucky head coach John Calipari and he plans to use one of his allotted trips to visit Lexington.

Knox tweeted that he will take official visits to Duke (Oct. 28-30), Florida State (Jan. 7-9), Kentucky (Jan. 28-30) and North Carolina (Feb. 4-6).

The 6-foot-8, 197-pound small forward from Tampa Catholic (Fla.) is ranked the No. 9 overall player in the nation by Rivals.com.

Knox has narrowed his list to Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke, Kansas and Florida State.
