On the field opposing quarterbacks won't throw to him for fear of interceptions. Special teams won't kick to him because they're afraid his speed will lead to touchdowns.
Off the field, Reed listens to his favorite R&B or hip-hop artist and replicates the melodies on the piano. He never learned to read music but can pick up a song instantly.
CatsIllustrated.com traveled to Pike Township near Indianapolis on Sept. 23 to listen to Reed's music and watch his football skills against Columbus North.
Pike lost the game 20-17 on Reed's final homecoming night. Columbus North threw to his side of the field three times the entire game, completing no passes.
