The 5-foot-9, 175-pound athlete, ranked the No. 18 all-purpose back nationally and the No. 4 prospect in the state, announced a list that includes Pittsburgh, Purdue, Kentucky, Ohio State, Texas and Penn State.

Kentucky became involved in Moore's recruitment much earlier than some other schools, but his stock as a prospect has taken off more recently.

Actually, Kentucky was the first school to offer Moore.

Moore attended Kentucky's first junior day of 2017, telling CatsIllustrated.com afterwards, "It was great. The atmosphere of the game was crazy and then the catering while touring the campus was also good. I spoke with Coach (Lamar) Thomas, Coach (John) Schlarman and Coach (Mark) Stoops."

Although Moore is listed as an all-purpose back, he worked out in Lexington last summer as a slot receiver.

Moore attended New Albany, Ind., before transferring to Trinity.
