The latest on Isaac Humphries

Isaac Humphries surprised some Kentucky fans and commentators when he announced his intentions to forego his remaining eligibility and pursue a professional career.

It wasn't shocking news, but it wasn't a given that he would go that route.

Mo Bamba's decision to attend Texas, and Bam Adebayo electing to remain in the draft, means Humphries' decision dealt a blow to Kentucky's frontcourt, although it's a frontcourt that has no shortage of bodies (and five-star bodies at that).

Many people have believed that Humphries would ultimately land overseas. But he's got the NBA in his sights.

The Milwaukee Bucks' official Twitter account (@Bucks) tweeted that Humphries is one of six players who will be working out for the franchise on Monday.

The others: Frank Mason (guard, Kansas), T.J. Williams (guard, Northeastern), Luke Fischer (center, Marquette), Amida Brimah (center, UCONN) and Kennedy Meeks (forward, UNC).

Milwaukee owns the 17th pick in the first round and the 48th pick in the second round of the upcoming 2017 NBA Draft.

The Bucks finished the 2017 regular season 42-40 as the Eastern Conference's sixth seed. They were eliminated by the Raptors in six games in the first round of the playoffs.

DraftExpress currently projects the Bucks will draft Texas center Jarrett Allen in the first round and power forward Jonah Bolden, who once played for UCLA before signing to play overseas.
