Parker hasn't often been mentioned as a main target for Kentucky, but the nation's No. 19 strongside defensive end included the Cats as one of six schools still in play.

On Sunday, Parker tweeted that his top six schools are Minnesota, Iowa State, Kentucky, Central Florida, Iowa and Missouri.

CatsIllustrated.com briefly caught up with Parker at a Rivals camp that he had attended, and while he confirmed that Kentucky had been recruiting him he didn't have too much to say about the Cats at the time.

Kentucky already has commitments from defensive linemen Davoan Hawkins and Tyler Bentley. Alex Reigelsperger has been recruited as a DE/OLB ("Jack") and Marquan McCall could play on the offensive or defensive line.

The 2018 class is the best in years in Missouri, and Kentucky has offered upwards of 10 players in the state.
