Simpson a Cat
Kentucky picked up another huge verbal commitment on Tuesday when Henry Clay center Sam Simpson chose the Cats over Virginia and Vanderbilt.
Simpson is the nation's No. 9-rated center according to Rivals.com. The 6-foot-4, 292-pounder is a three-star recruit who also grew up in he shadow of UK's campus. Simpson's commitment is the 16th known verbal to the Cats for 2009 and 10th that is rated as at least a three-star prospect by Rivals.
