Fayette Circuit Judge Thomas Clark should compel Shane Ragland's former girlfriend Aimee Lloyd to produce missing portions of her diary and then determine whether the defense should have access to them, Ragland's attorneys argued in a memorandum filed with the court yesterday.

Lloyd is expected to be a star witness against Ragland, who is charged with murder in the 1994 death of University of Kentucky football player Trent DiGiuro. Ragland, 27, is free on bond. Continue
