Former Ohio State quarterback commit Danny Clark has now aligned himself with Kentucky.
The Akron (Ohio) Hoban quarterback committed to Kentucky on Saturday morning.
Clark is one of the higher-ranked pro-style quarterbacks in the Class of 2015. He's a three-star prospect (5.7 Rivals Rating), the No. 17 pro-style quarterback in the country and the No. 19 player in the state of Ohio.
The 6-foot-3, 230-pound quarterback had been committed to Urban Meyer's Ohio State program until recently, when he backed out of that commitment and started exploring other options.
The left-handed quarterback unofficially visited Kentucky two weekends ago for the Cats' game against Vanderbilt, a 20-13 win, and he is in Lexington once again for Kentucky's game against Mississippi State today.
Clark is Kentucky's second quarterback commitment in the 2017 class, joining Walker Wood of Lexington (Ky.) Lafayette.
The future UK quarterback has led Hoban to an 8-1 record (4-0 in conference) through nine games in 2016.
