PODCAST: Discussing UK's recent basketball play. Is most Briscoe criticism fair or overblown?

I think both. No one plays harder then Briscoe, but he is not the most talented player we have seen, but he is one of the toughest players I have seen. He gives you everything he has, so it's hard to ask for more, or fault him.

Completely overblown simply because he's not a three point threat . They'll throw up another weak excuse or two but they like shooters . Case in point , Willis does almost nothing but shoot threes regularly . He gets completely destroyed on defense at times but you won't see a single word posted about him from the group that doesn't like Briscoe . They think Mulder is something else but the only thing he can do is shoot threes , he gets smoked on defense regularly . People like threes and get excited about them , probably scream three with arms up in anticipation of one going in . Briscoe is not a good shooter but Willis and Mulder are not good defenders or rebounders , every player on our team has faults .
