Photos: New Nike Uniforms Unveiled
The top-ranked Kentucky men's basketball team will wear new Nike Hyper Elite Platinum uniforms for its home game against Tennessee next Tuesday.
UK is one of nine teams selected by Nike to wear the new style of the uniforms, which the company touts as being at the "intersection of sustainability and performance."

Arizona, Baylor (women), Duke, Florida, Syracuse,Connecticut (men and women) and North Carolina are the other teams, and each will unveil their uniforms in select games over the next five weeks.
A release from Nike didn't specify whether UK would wear the new apparel in any games other than the one against Tennessee.
The jerseys are made from 96 percent recycled polyester, according to Nike.
