Kentucky signees Marquis Teague, Anthony Davis and Mike Gilchrist helped the U.S. National Junior Select Team defeat a team of international all-stars 92-80 on Saturday night in Portland, Ore.
The World Team featured UK signee Kyle Wiltjer, who is a member of the Canadian National program.

Davis and Gilchrist had 16 points each for Team USA, and Teague scored six.
Wiltjer had 12 for the World team.
