Kentucky's Class of 2018 quarterback commitment told Cats Illustrated that he's still with Mark Stoops' program after the latest big developments in his recruitment.
Williams is one of the nation's fastest-rising quarterback recruits following offers from Ole Miss and LSU late last week.
He visited LSU over the weekend and anytime a committed player is on the road checking out other schools there's going to be speculation regarding the status of his pledge.
But Williams told Cats Illustrated that his commitment to Kentucky is still "strong," before going on to say he's "100-percent" solid with the Cats.
Williams was Kentucky's first Class of 2018 commitment and now has offers from LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Miami and a host of others. While Williams has running ability typically associated with a dual-threat quarterback he prides himself on being a pass-first player and he's become a proficient passer over the past year.
Williams also told Cats Illustrated late in the week that he plans to visit Kentucky for the program's spring game on April 13th.
