In recent days two line recruits from the 2018 class have included the Cats among their newly released lists of favorites.
Jacksonville (Fla.) Bolles School offensive tackle Nick Lewis and Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola defensive tackle Jordan Redmond both released lists of ten favorite schools this week, and Kentucky was included with both.
Lewis was hearing from Kentucky very early in the recruiting process when the Cats were heavily involved with quarterback Mac Jones, now at Alabama, but Kentucky only recently offered Lewis (watch CatsIllustrated.com's video interview with Lewis from just days ago).
According to a tweet, Lewis' favorites are Washington State, Minnesota, Iowa State, Kentucky, Missouri, Colorado State, Cincinnati, Memphis, TCU and Oregon.
TCU and Oregon have not offered yet. Lewis visited Kentucky on Saturday.
As for Redmond, he's been mentioned as a potential Kentucky recruit from the 2018 class for many months dating back perhaps a year.
According to a Redmond tweet his ten favorites are Louisville, Duke, Mississippi State, Texas Tech, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Georgia Tech, Virginia, NC State and Kentucky, in no particular order.
