Garner's list, as it exists today and in no particular order: Florida State, Ole Miss, Louisville, Clemson, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pitt, Auburn, Kentucky, Michigan State and Miami.

The three-star defensive back said he wouldn't be fielding interview questions from reporters, so there's only so much we can learn from that dozen-minus-one list. But CatsIllustrated.com can report that both Eddie Gran and Steven Clinkscale have been in contact with Garner from Kentucky's staff.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound cornerback didn't include every Power Five school that has offered on his favorites list. Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa State, Michigan, Mississippi State, Oregon State, Syracuse and West Virginia are major conference schools that did not make the cut.

Florida State recently offered Garner.

Rivals.com's Rob Cassidy listed Garner as a prospect on the rise in Florida recently, writing, "Garner made his mark at this spring’s Pylon 7v7 in Miami. There, he showed he was more than just elite length. Garner’s size jumps off the page, but he’s capable of covering downfield and boasts the necessary versatility to play numerous spots in the secondary."
