Cats offer Hop-towns Brian Dodd
Current Hopkinsville Tiger, Brian Dodd, has apparently gained the attention of several college scouts.
The Cats Pause magazine called the Kentucky New Era Monday and requested a photo of the senior defensive back/running back. According to magazine officials, Dodd is listed as the top player in the region by area coaches.

Clayton said the 5-foot-8, 180-pounder already has been offered a scholarship by Louisville, Kentucky and Clemson. Clayton said Mississippi, West Virginia and Notre Dame also were interested.
Dodd, who runs a 4.36 in the 40-yard dash, had eight interceptions last year for the Tigers. On offense, he averaged 9 yards per carry and 23 yards per reception.
