Cats get their punter

When a college football program looks for a scholarship punter you can bet there's a serious need at the position. That was the case this year for Kentucky.
The Wildcats went through several options that committed elsewhere, but they got their guy on Thursday. Findlay, Ohio specialist Grant McKinniss committed to Kentucky and announced it on his personal Twitter account.

McKinniss is a 6-foot-1, 210-pound rising senior and a source close to the program told Cats Illustrated, immediately following McKinniss' commitment, that Kentucky had recruited him primarily as a punter. "But he can kick, too," the source added.
McKinniss is commitment No. 17 for Kentucky and he makes one dozen commitments from the Buckeye State. He's yet another recruiting win for Vince Marrow, who has more than two-thirds of Kentucky's commitments.
