Rivals.com's Eric Bossi first reported that Calipari had offered Bol Bol, a 7-foot-1 big man from the 2018 class ranked the No. 7 prospect in the country according to the network.

When Rivals.com's team of analysts made their "way-too-early" predictions for 2018 prospects just recently Dan McDonald predicted Bol Bol would choose Arizona, Bossi picked UCLA and Krysten Peek and Corey Evans saw him as a St. John's lean.

Bol Bol is the son of former NBA player Manute Bol.

Once a prospect from Kansas, Bol Bol now attends Mater Dei in Santa Ana, California.
