Kentucky has picked up its 18th football commitment for the 2012 class, from Mobile, Ala., Vigor defensive back Jacoby Glenn, a former teammate of UK freshman Eric Dixon.
Vigor coach Kerry Stevenson confirmed the commitment that was first reported on Wednesday by the Mobile Press-Register.
Glenn, who is 6 feet 1 and 175 pounds, projects as a big cornerback for UK, Stevenson said.
Glenn said he made his pledge to UK assistant coach Tee Martin on Tuesday, but Glenn said Thursday night that he hasn't spoken yet to head coach Joker Phillips about the decision.
Glenn also had offers from Memphis and Mississippi State.
