A record nine Kentucky Wildcats have been picked in the 2012 MLB Draft, which concludes Wednesday. UK players selected are listed below in the order in which they were picked:

2012 season: Was a part-time starter after being a major contributor in 2010 and 2011. Finished the season with a .250 batting average, playing in 27 games while starting eight. Had one home run and seven RBI. Also played wide receiver on the football team.
Luke Maile
