Chicago DT visits Iowa

Chicago defensive tackle Bruce Gaston Jr. has been one of the hottest prospects in the Midwest this summer picking up scholarship offers left and right. On Thursday, Gaston's travels took him to Iowa City as the 6-foot-2, 290-pounder made his second visit with the Hawkeyes in as many months.

Still, there is no shortage of competition for Gaston. Along with Iowa, he holds scholarship offers from Notre Dame, Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia, Purdue, Arizona, Minnesota, Michigan State, and Indiana, among others. On Friday, the three-star prospect is visiting Notre Dame and he is also hoping to make a trip to Virginia in early August. Then he plans to sit down before the season, pick his top five schools, and take his official visits before arriving at his decision.
