Davison hoping for an offer

Raymond Davison has several offers from FBS schools so he knows he will be able to play big-time college football, as we call it. Still, he's hoping to pick up a few offers from the Pac-12 programs that have been in contact with him.

Oregon State, Utah, UCLA, Arizona and Cal are just some of the Pac-12 schools showing interest in Davison, a 6-foot-2, 218-pound prospect from Encino (Calif.) Crespi.

One lingering question about Davison has been what position he will play in college. His primary position right now is defensive end but he believes he has shown he's more versatile than that and can do a lot of different things.

"It's mostly defensive end but I do have a lot of packages against better teams where I drop and play outside linebacker," he said. "I can play both."
