Top Texas prospects talk Baylor visit
Saturday Baylor hosted a couple of top Texas prospects when Jarred Salubi and Patrick Hoog made their way to the Baylor campus.
Castroville Medina Valley offensive lineman Patrick Hoog had the longest drive of the two, trekking 205 miles to see what the Bears had to offer.
According to the 6-4, 293-pound prospect it was worth the journey.
Coming into the visit Hoog listed the Bears among his top three along with Oklahoma State and Rice, and he came away impressed with both the head of the engineering department and the football coaches.
