The issue: a long-standing criticism from UK fans that quarterback Mike Hartline simply can't exploit the weapons in the offensive arsenal because he can't stretch the field with deep pass routes. The response: Leave it to Randall Cobb to answer that criticism from an opposite, and intriguing, point of view and to offer a simple resolution.
